About the Event
Come away and be restored.
(Scroll down for FAQs)
Who is God? What comes into our mind when we think about God actually colors how we see and interact with our world, and often our thoughts around God have been distorted by our life experiences. During uncertain times, it’s good to know that there is a God who doesn’t change and is unfailing in His provision and in His love. He invites us into peace and abundance. Yet the demands and difficulties of our day-to-day lives, wounds from the past, and the unpredictability of tomorrow often squelch our connection with Him. We are left feeling drained, empty, and alone.
- Do you desire a connection with God that empowers you to walk in greater trust and freedom?
- Do you seek more of His peace and abundance?
- Do you long for a place where you can come as you are, be known, accepted, loved, and find a greater sense of belonging?
Greater Things Community invites you to come away and be restored. Our experiential, transformative weekend will offer a variety of opportunities to encounter, explore, engage and express God in new and different ways. Open teaching and conversations will delve into who God is. A spacious rhythm offers extended time to rest, time to converse vertically and horizontally, and time to practice bringing mind into heart and body, where lasting transformation can take root. We will worship, pray, journal, reflect and move. We will give ample space to restore our connection with Him.
Greater Things Community is looking forward, now more than ever, to gathering in the beautiful Hill County at the Narrows at the Blanco River. Together, surrounded by encouraging and real women, we will come away to enjoy each other's company, reconnect to the One who knows and loves us best, and be restored.

What does the weekend look like?
During the weekend, there will be times when we all come together as a group. This is a time of sharing, conversation, prayer, and worship. We won't be teaching at you; we will be sharing and learning from each other. There will be other times throughout the weekend where you are invited to participate in some optional activities or to go off and reflect, pray, nap, read, journal, or talk with friends-both new and old. We will close the weekend together Sunday morning with a time of sharing and communion. It is a casual and relaxed weekend, with time built in to just "be". Come away and be restored.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
