I've participated in thousands of conversations in my life and I've come to realize that in almost every conversation and interaction, we are each asking four questions, often without realizing it.
"Do you see me?" The me behind the masks I wear.
"Do you know me?" Will you take the time to get to know the real me?
"If you truly know me, will you still accept me?" Or will you bail, once you hear the things I've said or done?
Will you include me? Is there a place for me to belong?
Can you be a space where others can be seen, known, accepted and belong?
